I have dined at this restaurant more than 5 times.
It’s a charming sushi restaurant with around 10-15 tables, and the experience was always delightful. The small size created an intimate atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the expertly crafted special rolls.
Each bite was a burst of flavors, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity.
The freshness of the ingredients elevated the overall dining experience.
The quantity is very good and the you get a very good value for money.
I will gladly pay 20% more for this type of food. The attentive staff and cozy ambiance make this hidden gem a must-try for sushi enthusiasts. Restrooms are clean and diaper changing station is available.
Abundant parking available in the same building, just behind the restaurant.

Ordered a couple hours in advance with specifications.
My order was made to perfection and the tastiest, freshest sushi I have ever had.
Can't wait to dine in next time!

I would love to give this place 4.
5 stars because it is one of my go-to Japanese in Alexandria.
I just feel like sometimes there is a disconnect between delivery food and when I get it in the restaurant.
I definitely have more problems with the delivery food and have thrown some stuff out.
Case in point, I got something with avocado in it twice and the avocado was stone hard.
And I find sometimes that the delivery is less generous than when you go in person even if you order from there regularly.
But when I go to the restaurant, service is always five star, the food is fresh and generous.

I usually prepare the avocado, make sure it is really ready to use.
The problem might occur when my staff might pick the new avocado over the one that suppose to be ready to use.
I'll emphasize them on this.
I will work on the inconsistency between the delivery and dine in orders.
I want to make sure my staff make all products the same no matter what type of orders for our customer.
