I’m from AZ and accustom to authentic Mexican food…I’ve been in the DC area for almost three (3) years and I have struggled to find an authentic Mexican restaurant - until now.
Dos Amigos is BOMB! It’s not on the menu but you MUST ask for the molcajate pictured here.
AMAZING!!! I finally have a ‘favorite’ Mexican restaurant.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
This place it worth the trip

First time eating here and we think we have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant.
My husband loves the salsa…extremely fresh and homemade.
Highly recommend everyone to check out this restaurant if you are in the Old Town area.

I went here for lunch with my friend and we had a wonderful time.
There was street parking nearby.
The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the people were friendly.
I had the combination platter with three tacos and my friend had the carne asada.
Both were made to order and hot when they arrived.
Both were absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area and I’ll definitely be back again.
