What an experience! Chef is a master of his craft.Flavor, texture, aroma, all senses are firing throughout each course! Menu changes daily for freshness! Server was very knowledgeable about pairings and which sashimi should be eaten as is.This is on my list every time I am in the DC area.
Dang.This was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in the DMV.The wagyu might be one of the best things I’ve eaten ever.Buttery, fragrant, so freaking good. Yeah, it’s pricey, but tbh really worth it.You definitely don’t leave hungry.It’s not crowded and pretty quiet.The limited drink menu is more than enough and v delicious.I recommend the nikka coffee highball and the sake yuzu cocktail.Very pleased (: thank you team! Nom nom nom.
Each dish was amazing tasting, and was full by the end.The Wagyu, soup, and Ice cream at the end were especially spectacular.
