I recently visited Taste of Tropical, and I must say, it was a mixed experience. The ambiance was lively, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. 🌴

I tried the Pepper Steak with rice and peas; while the flavors were good, it was greasier than I'd prefer. The mac and cheese felt a bit lackluster, and the chicken patties I ordered were forgettable.

However, the plantains were delightful! 😊

Sadly, I learned they are temporarily closed now, so hopefully they can regroup and come back stronger! I’d love to see them improve. 🌺
