Captain D's is a seafood spot that's clearly trying, but it missed the mark during my recent visit. The seafood platter was a letdown - fish that seemed overcooked and lacking seasoning on one side. The waiting times were frustrating, and I noticed the staff seemed a bit distracted, even taking TikTok breaks while customers were left unattended at the drive-thru window.

On the positive side, the cashier was friendly and apologetic when I returned. They offered a drink for my troubles, which was a nice touch! However, with so many missteps, I'm not sure I’d return soon. Hopefully, they can refine their service... 🐟✨
