Edit: I went to the website and put in a customer service ticket just before writing this review.The same one the owner asks me to go to in the reply.It's been over a week and I still haven't been contacted about getting a refund. Terrible service and poorly managed.A restaurant full of people who can only bicker instead of getting the food right.I ordered online and still waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me the food wasn't ready and to pull forward.There was already someone waiting and I told the cashier.She told me to pull to the front of the building and park, which I did.And waited even longer before going in and waiting even more before getting told they don't know how to do refunds.I just wanted my money back at that point.The cashier tried to claim she didn't tell me to pull forward but I asked her twice.I now have to call back in the morning and submit an online ticket on their website to get a refund.They still gave me the food, which was cold by then and had none of the sauces I requested.The fries, okra, and jalapeno poppers were under cooked.

I rarely rate restaurant’s.However, if customers don’t start to rate these establishments & urge them to provide greater customer service, they won’t last in the service industries especially with prices & complaints. Friday, Dec 1, 2023 I ordered a seafood Platter with a loaded potato soup in which they left something off of my order.I live 10 minutes away & after checking had to return but didn’t want to but spent $17 on this meal.The young lady about 16-17 yrs of age as a cashier & another female delivered efficient, awesome & great customer service at this Captain D’s.However, upon returning & speaking with Felton, the manager he declined in offering some sort of compensation for their mishap & mess up but yet offered me a drink after ordering, leaving& having to return.I will not return to this Captain D’s but prefer to rate these places until they find better management who actually are experienced & equipped enough to run them! Ratings effect& matters.

If i could give zero stars I would.$20 worth of food & it looks like somebody’s leftover food.The fish is only seasoned on one side & WHERE TF is the rest of the rice or broccoli.They “were out of baked potatoes “ so i settled for the corn.Absolutely disgusting! Now i have to spend more money to get a decent meal for lunch.Nobody has money to be waisting these days.I’m pissed!
