I went to soul vegetarian #1 after hearing about the menu being revamped and it was the BEST vegan soul food I have ever had.
They said that they have a new menu and they are under new management.
The celebrity vegan chef @DaVeganGuru revamped the menu and he was actually there today.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
The customer service is amazing.
The staff is very friendly with positive vibes! 3 employees greeted me with smiling faces when I walked in.
Great community atmosphere. Also the servings are huge so I got 2 meals out of my meal.
Perfectly seasoned Vegan BBQ chicken, Mac and cheese, greens, cornbread...THE BEST! I have to say that the Mac and cheese taste even better than the original IMO.
I recommend this place.

The food was so good, literally everything.
The best vegan soul food I ever had.
The owner is a kind smart and friendly man.
We could try everything before we ordered it.

This place is the real deal, fantastic service and even better food. Portion sizes generous, corn bread is delicious, and the prices very reasonable too.
