First time visit for my lady and I.
This Jamaican gem was on point with everything except the macaroni and cheese.
Outside of the mac & cheese not being creamy and cheesey there were no complaints.
It's a small very well kept eatery.
The atmosphere here during lunch was fast and busy.
It quickly filled up with patrons.
The service was kind of slow as to there were only 2 ppl to serve and operate the cash register for take out.
We chose to sit @ the bar and dine in.
Our server now had to work both the take out and the bar.
The menu is filled with all the great Jamaican traditions of food.
I tried the dark meat Jerk chicken with a bed of yellow rice.
My lady tried the curry goat with beans.
Each meal comes with steamed cabbage or the beans.
You can choose the gravy of your choice.
I went with the oxtail juice.
The bar is jammed pack with beer and liquor.
The island favorites (imported beer)and domestic beer.
You can't go wrong if you make this eatery your choice.
There is plenty of dine in seating.
It can get a little noisy.
The dine in eating area is a sidewalks width away from the street.
Which is a very busy thorough fare.
Take a seat @ da bar.
Relax.
And ride the wave.

Went in around 5:30pm on a Saturday, got a large plate of curry goat with cabbage and steamed rice.
We also ordered Coco bread and me and my partner were able to eat from one plate.
We also got some fresh juice, pineapple ginger was delicious! Only complaint is my partner doesn't think the ladies were mean enough to him (just joking). Will be eating here again next time we're in town.

The food is definitely overly priced.
I got 2 small plates with Mac n cheese and paid $46.47 wooooooooo!!! The food was unflavored the stewed chicken was bland a total ripe off.
Mac n cheese tasted of white paper and they charged $5 for that separately.
The cabbage was hardddddddd lawd just cook it with love or just give it up.
I would love if someone reached back out to me and get compensated for this please.
I work hard for my money and don’t mind spending it.
I would really appreciate if I could get a wonderful meal which I was told I was getting!!
