Stopped at this location, I’m assuming with high expectations.
Lol , First time here.
placed an order at the kiosk, asked to use the restroom and was told it was out of service, then as I looked to the left, the soda machine was out of service and after receiving my tacos and walked over to the counter to grab some sauce found it to be in total disarray and we’re not going to even mention the cleanliness of the store over all……I’m assuming due to a huge volume of customers??? Hmmm.
Hard Pass for me.

If I could I would rate this location as zeros across the board.
Went on an unfortunate day where they had close the dining room due to be short staff.
I did not know this at the time, because I had pulled into the parking lot to place my mobile order with my bf.
We then saw the sign posted and pulled into the drive-thru instead.
We waited even longer because once we pulled up we were informed that they were short staffed (which we knew now) and that the few cars in front of us had a big order and to please be patient.
I informed the lady that we had a mobile order and she asked as again to be patient.
Not a problem.
After we waited maybe 10 minutes we decided to see if they could just cancel the order and refund our money.
They say that we could do it through the app.
Unfortunately we could not, we then decide to ask again if they were able to cancel on their in.
The young lady on the intercom snapped and said "Well you are just going to have to take your food" and at that time another lady interrupted her and basically apologize and saying we were not obligated to take the food and they were not able to cancel on their end.
Which seemed unlikely.
We did try to send emails to customer support and never heard anything back.
Taco Bell stole our money and we will contact corporate about this issue.

Sticky and wet floors, this place felt like a dead mall, no one manning the cash register they refuse to take your order in person because a kiosk exists , the menu is old and out dated with printed signs that say “sold out”
