Going to start with the pros here.. The interior atmosphere seemed amazing.
We sat outside because it was extremely hot inside, but walking inside is what ultimately made me want to eat here.
For some reason, these were the best French fries I have had in a long time.
No truffle oil or cheese needed.
Our water was filled up consistently and I always appreciate this.
The food presentation was pleasing as well. Now for the cons.. The staff were a little rude and hard to understand but nothing too bad.
The pizza and sandwich lacked all flavor and for this reason I will most likely never return.
All the other reviewers seem to feel the same way so it seems like a pattern.
The cloth napkins were all stained with blue ink making them feel dirty.
Finally, parking was fairly difficult unless you want to pay a lot rate.
This was not really a memorable experience.

Great location, good atmosphere.
The food was ok, nothing spectacular.
I don't understand why they call it Osteria, though.
I didn't see any dish in the menu with oysters (or I missed it).
Prices were ok.
The service was horrible.
Nobody in the restaurant as you can see in the pictures and nobody in reception at 5:45 pm.
We saw 4 people talking in the back.
Finally a guy sent us to a table where later they had a party of 20.
Super loud.
To take our order, it took about 10 minutes, a couple of guys were on the phone texting, and nobody came to our table.
A lady was our server, and she came to check on us a couple of times.
Until the big party started, she forgot about us.
We wanted desert, but it took too long, and I had to get up and call for the check.
Then our server showed up to take our desert order, but I said she was too late, that I ordered the check already.
Evidently, that didn't like it and went to confront the guy who prepared the check.
Very unprofessional.
I'm not coming back to that place.

Incredible food.
Great service.
Is expensive but delicious.
Best Pasta, pizza, grill vegetables, grill salmon , pana cota and Sorbet we ever had.
Will come back.
