I had a great time at Capital Burger! The food there is so yummy, especially their burgers.I always order an extra patty, it's delicious. They cook them just right, drinks are good and the place itself feels really cozy and welcoming.I tried the chocolate milkshake for dessert and it was great.
Service: I ate at the bar and I just have to say, th bar tender was great. He took great pride in his role and provided excellent service. Food: I had the clam chowder and side salad.Perfect size for a light lunch. Both were delicious Location: this is a great place to eat if you are near the Walter Washington convention center
What we ordered: Classic Cheeseburger (medium) and the Capital Burger (medium well) Holy Delicious, Batman! I did not expect to find an incredible burger in a fancy looking restaurant next to the convention center.I love my burgers and one of the pickiest and snobbiest burger lovers and this place blew me away. The meat was so juicy and tender. The menu said it is always freshly ground from high quality meat and it really tasted like it. The biggest downfall is the price of around $20 per burger. As you know from my other reviews, food taste is priority regardless if it is a food cart on the sidewalk or super fancy joint where everyone is named Muffy or Todd. But I will note the cost to help in the decision process for folks. Nonetheless, if I find myself in the convention center area again I will for sure stop by for another one of their burgers.
