Tex-Mex restaurant, Mexican restaurant
Mi Casa has been on my places to visit so I was excited finally dining there. We had dinner reservations for a Sunday and the restaurant was chill with a few people. The restaurant is pretty, well decorated, and aesthetic. The staff were super nice and attentive. It’s smaller than I imagined but cozy with indoor tables, bar seating, a side building extension for indoor seating, and outdoor seating. The drinks are good. The food was good for the most part.We ordered starters including Choizo deviled eggs which were extremely salty to be honest I had one bite and was not eating the rest.We also had the empanadas which were good.My entree was the steak fajitas which were so good! My friend ordered a burrito and a salad which were said to be good.I would return for food, or more so happy hour for quick bites and drinks.
The food was amazing! Very delicious, huge portions, interesting take on texmex.Great job 👏🏻 Service was friendly, but unprofessional.First they made us wait for a booked! table for a half an hour, they they forgot to bring sides… hope it was only our experience, and they usually do better 🤷🏼♂️
My husband and I came for dinner.David B is a fabulous server. He was ready with information and suggestions on the menu. The rellenos (there were two) were stuffed with seafood. The Tuna Taquitos were marvelous with delicious ahi and a touch of chili. The chips were homemade and perfectly salted. All the marks of a GREAT restaurant.
