First time visiting Red Hook and the food was amazing, the customer service not so much…The guy taking our order wasn’t friendly at all and we couldn’t really understand him.
I asked could I order some oysters to go and he said they don’t have them as a to go item, but the young lady who was assisting him suggested I order them and eat them at the bar while we waited for our food, she was very sweet and welcoming.
So I took the young lady up on her offer and went to the bar, the bartender wasn’t very friendly either, she saw me but was hesitant to speak.
I ordered the oysters and a strawberry peach margarita, everything was delicious but the service.
Hopefully the next time we visit the customer service will be much better!!
