Fresh made fast food and not the under the lamp for 3 hours fast food.
Great staff, friendly, professional and brought food to our table.
Also the children's playground was very much enjoyed by my granddaughter.
Restaurants lobby and play area was very clean due to the very present and busy maintenance staff member. This is the 8062 HWY 64, Bartlett, TN location # 29 @ 1:30 pm on a Friday.

I frequent this place way too often.
However the service here is exponentially better than those McDonald's I experience. Just to give a couple of examples: -I'm a late night customer.
I order online ahead of time to pick up at drive thru.
I often order milkshakes.
If the machine is down, they always give me a note on my receipt give me a free milkshake on my next visit.
Having said that, their milkshake machine is running almost always until 2:30 a.m..
Most McDonald's Jake machines are down more often than operating. -oftentimes if I have to wait too long in line, they again make a notation on my receipt giving me an entire free order on my next visit

Shakira was extremely helpful! She exceeds the expectations of great service! She provides a service that exudes the standards that are set and beyond! She is always a pleasure to see and is an excellent example of what a great employee should be! I will be BACK!
