I ordered a milkshake.I had to pull to the "line" to wait.The person behind me got her meal.The person that came in while I was waiting got their meal and left before I got my milkshake.The lady came out with it and it half way melted.I expressed my dislike for it, the way I ordered it and had to wait.All she had to say was have a nice day.I told her this would make me not come back again.She said have a nice day.This is very disappointing and I will not be back at that location and will warn anyone else I know that wants to go there.
Walked inside the store no one greeted me then some lady come from around the corner on her cell phone and says inside is closed it was only 8pm! Then I went to drive through and no one even greeted me at the box! Had to wait 2mins they were out of sweet tea, and.Lemon they didn’t have mac n cheese! Terrible experience! I really wish they were more professional like Chick-fil-A
I went to bojangles today at around 6:30. And at the drive through was told that they were going to be close for 30 minutes for a grease change or something like that. You would think they do that at closing time or opening time, not when people are getting off work trying to get some food.
