They have children playing around in the back who are 9-13 that should not be back there.
These children are not employees.
I don’t have not problem with having your kids at work but this should not effect my orders.
I order the new item which are the wings for my wife and got 3 chicken tenders.
I ordered a number 5 which is the bacon cheeseburger and got a burger with and ketchup and mayo when I asked for everything on it.
I paid close to 30 dollars for nothing I actually ordered.

Close it down and trained these people properly.
I went to the drive through waited a few minutes before the speaker decided to take my order and I sat in line a good 20 minutes before the line moved and hell it was still 6 cars in front of me.I got tired of the wait and left and so did several others..
This is not the first time this has happen.
The one on Germantown parkway and hwy 64 I had the pleasure of waiting in line 45 minutes. Why have 2 lanes if people still waiting along time.

Not sure which visit this is for I've had two bad visits in a row.
I got breakfast one morning and drove off with pancakes only to find no syrup in the bag and went back.
After sitting 10 minutes in the drive-thru they finally came back and said we're completely out of syrup, which would have been nice to know before I bought the pancakes.
I went back for a shake a second time asked for chocolate and left with vanilla and even then they had me running in circles around the drive through because both lanes were open but they have no way to merge them into one lane and refuse to help me on the second side even though the lane was open and I took the order at the second window
