Pei Wei Asian Express at Wolfchase Galleria is a delightful spot for a quick and satisfying meal! 🌟

I tried the half noodle, half rice combo with Mongolian chicken and spicy shrimp, and it was a flavorful surprise! The portions were generous - two meals worth! The employees were super friendly, making the experience even better.

While the Bourbon chicken was a tad burnt and the honey chicken overly sweet, the overall taste was quite enjoyable. Just a heads up: don't expect veggies in the combo!

Perfect for a casual lunch or dinner, I can’t wait to return! 🍜✨
