Visited the Oak Street Eats for the first time today and decided on Grits and Things for brunch.I am from out of town and had heard mixed reviews about it.I didn’t quite know how to order and there was no one in there to speak to.I finally spotted the kiosk but the one I went to on the left was broken.Moved over to the right and was able to place an order.I promptly received a message from Grits and Things.I waited in the car maybe 15-20 minutes if that.Picking up my food was very simple and I found a place to eat it fairly quickly enjoying the sites of Atlanta. The food was soooooooooo good! I would recommend the Fried Salmon grit bowl!!!!! I’ve been ruined with French toast with Flavor Rich in Suwannee…but Grits n Things definitely did a good job! Edit: Went back with my son who ordered wings and I got a Cinnabon chicken n waffle from crazy Cajun. My son said the wings were good…and I will agree the wings I had were but the waffle not so much. This time our order took 45 min to get as even though it showed the order was in progress Crazy Cajun never even started the order until 25 minutes after the original completion time we had to go in and ask for assistance to get our order completed ….took about 15-20 min after that for it to be done.

Hi Fatima! Thank you for choosing Oak Street Eats. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed our Fried Salmon grit bowl.Next time, try our Flavor Rich French toast - we think it's just as delicious! Come back and see us again soon.😊🍴
This review is for Amicia’s Creole Cuisine.Delicious and authentic Haitian food that was ready within the timing provided.Griot plate was supposed to come with picklez and did not, disappointingly.Food was hot and flavorful.I don’t love that if there are any issues there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to reach customer service.Hours are very limited.Would definitely return.

Hi Keshia! Thank you so much for the 5 star review. We're thrilled that you enjoyed our delicious and authentic Haitian food.We apologize for the missing picklez on your griot plate, but we're glad the food was still hot and flavorful. Thanks for choosing Oak Street Eats!
I honestly can not believe yall think this is acceptable to give to a customer.Especially when i have to wait a long time just to receive old/dirty chicken and cold fries! Who ever owns Slap Ya Mama Wings and Burger needs to fire the whole night crew and hire a whole new set of crew members.YALL SOME LOW DOWN DIRTY DOGS FOR THIS MESS 😡
