Eating this at Microsoft Chef's Table today was a real treat! Delicious pupusa with bean and cheese. Great light pickle on the cabbage and a wonderful red sauce topping. What a delight.

It was my first time and since I can’t have chicken or dairy; I tried their Mother Earth and Plant Base options! There was basically beans, a veggie mix, and sweet plantains in the Mother Earth & Veggie mix, beans, and mushrooms in the Plant Base. I enjoyed the Mother Earth slightly more.
I loved that it was plant based.
I liked the sauces they had.
NOT the most flavorful but I believe that it was authentic to how it’s made.
I’m more of a flavor gal! Still really good for plant based. I loved the drink the most! That was my first time having one.

Dom, We love to use real ingredients that mother earth give us.
Everything is prepare everyday.
El Salvador cuisine doesn't use much spicy ingredients, so we showcase and taste all the different real flavors in the food.
