Had the vegan breakfast burrito.
It was all right.
The problem was the burrito was as hot as the sun.
I couldn't really eat it immediately.
I was pretty hungry and it was so steamy that I couldn't really taste anything other than the temperature.
Next time I want to try what they're known for bagels.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD.
DON’T WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE.
It is already hard enough to be vegan let alone have Avery S.
the cashier argue and yell over messing up my order.
I walked in and asked if they could do the Lox Bagel Vegan without the “Lox.” Vegan bagel, vegan cream cheese, avocado, onion and capers.
She confirmed twice that they could do that but they couldn’t do the Lox part vegan in which I said perfect I don’t want the Lox part.
Then my order comes out with the Lox and Avery says she explained multiple times that Lox isn’t vegan.
To which I stated I asked for it without the Lox.
She proceeds to charge me twice.
In which I feel since they messed it up I should not be charged twice but rather given a new bagel without the Lox.
She tries arguing with me to which I stated “I will not argue with you.” I sat down she storms into a rage in the back.
Other customers are shocked she raised her voice at me.
Danielle comes out very nicely offers me a refund.
I accept, they bring out another bagel and I leave.
I expected an easy “Hey, we’ll fix that.” At the end of the day it is just a bagel, I never expected to be yelled at over my dietary choices.

I absolutely loved this place!! Everything about it was wonderful.
The staff, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks; all so good!!! I really wished I lived here because I would be a frequent customer.
Next time I’m in Boulder I will be back for sure!! I got their $14 special where you get a bagel with protein, egg, and cheese, and a latte! Such a great deal.
