Gurkhas Dumplings & Curry House is a delightful find in Boulder! I enjoyed the veg masala momos, which were perfectly spiced, and the butter naan that paired wonderfully with my rich paneer coconut curry. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxed meal. I also loved the crispy samosa chaat; it had just the right crunch. While the coconut flavor was a bit dominant, everything was delicious. I’m excited to return and explore more of their tempting menu! 🌟
