Saw this on triple D.
Ordered the braised beef soup and pork belly bao.
The bao bun was a little dry but the pork belly was amazing.
The soup had a great depth of flavor in the broth and the noodles were good.
Soup comes boiling hot and takes about 15 minutes to be cool enough to eat.
Came in at 1:45 p.m.
on a Monday and I was the only customer in the seating area.
Definitely worth stopping by.

The pork belly bao was great.
The classic Northern Chinese dish Za Jiang Mian was recommended, but I was disappointed.
I didn’t care for the ground pork—it was flavorless and chewy.
The whole dish was lacking flavor, and I had to add a lot of the condiments to make it okay.
I am not a chef; it should be seasoned well for me.
If the noodles were homemade, they didn’t taste that way.
I didn’t see anyone hand pulling noodles.
On the other hand, the Lu Ro Fan over rice was exceptional with tender pork belly.
Still, it needed enhancing with the condiments.
Still, you cannot beat the prices.
Extra star for such good eats.
There are so many restaurants on the Pearl St Mall, I would go somewhere else next time.

defintely great taste and clean food .
Just wanna mention that it is not the same amount of meat or veggies as in other noodle places.
You had to fish for it in the bowl.
I guess they go for less but better quality, which is fair.
