Illegal Pete's on Pearl Street is a solid choice for a casual meal. I ordered the barbacoa quesadilla, and while the flavors weren't traditionally barbacoa, the meat had a nice taste. The guacamole and corn added a fresh twist and were highlights. The atmosphere buzzed with energy, especially on a Friday night, but I found the seating a bit cramped.

It's an excellent option if you're craving a big meal without the Chipotle crowd. A little pricey, but worth it for the unique touch! 🌯
