We came here for a birthday breakfast due to the hostess saying there were many vegan options.
However, the “plant power” section is exclusively vegetarian, not vegan.
Luckily, our server Nicole was phenomenal and had personal knowledge for what could be made vegan.
We had a tofu scramble with avocado, mushrooms, and peppers.
We also had the tacos with a lot removed and avocado and soyrizo added.
Finally, we had the vegan pancakes (already vegan on the menu, not in the plant power section).
We all enjoyed the dishes, especially the pancakes (including the non-vegans). I might come back for food, but I do wish they would have clearly labeled vegan options here.
It’s Boulder, it’s 2024, so having more than one option that is clear and doesn’t require a lot of customization and guesswork to make vegan would be awesome.
Beyond that, the service and environment were exceptional.

We had breakfast here.
The ambience is good.
The server was friendly and helpful.
The place nice and clean.
The food was tasty.
I had the corn beef hash with toasted sourdough bread.
They’re generous with the food for the price.
It filled me up all day.
Definitely a restaurant to try when in Boulder.
