Steakhouse No. 316 is certainly a delightful find in Boulder. The ambiance is cozy yet upscale - perfect for a romantic evening or a special gathering with friends. I highly recommend the butcher's cut; it was flawlessly cooked and incredibly tender. We also indulged in a table-side Caesar salad that was both fun and delicious, thanks to the charming staff.
