I ordered just a classic waffle.
The lady who took my order was very friendly, welcoming, professional, and informative.
Food was streaming hot.
Delicious!!! I'm glad I saw it as I was headed to a gas station.

The customer service was very good.
The food and coffee was very basic.
I got the honey lavender latte which was too sweet.
I also had a waffle sandwich with egg, sausage, and cheese.
The waffle was very bland and hard.

The waffle sandwiches may be worth five stars, but I don't know because I just had a vanilla cappuccino and that's what I'm basing my "mini review" on. As you see from the photo the foam is disappointing - not thick and silky smooth from tiny bubbles too small to see, the way it SHOULD be, but rather weak with too big bubbles.
The foam was half way collapsed by the time I'd had a few sips.
The coffee (espresso) didn't taste bad, but, it wasn't remarkable.
I'd been hoping to get lucky and find a great cappuccino, but sadly, I did not.
