September 21, 2024I've been a fan of Chipotle for years, but my recent experience at the Columbus location was a mix of highs and lows. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible features, but there was a hiccup with my online order.
I ordered three crunchy tacos and got soft ones instead! 😬 They were quick to redo it, but the second batch was still lacking the fajita veggies I wanted. At least they threw in an extra burrito and some chips as a surprise!
Despite the mix-ups, the casual vibe and quick service window still make it worth a shot for a quick bite. Just keep your fingers crossed for the right order... 🌯
