If you’re looking up reviews for this restaurant, I’m guessing you give a damn about your dining experience.
Let me save you some trouble and frustration.
On multiple occasions, they’ve screwed up my order.
On some of those occasions, they gave unprovoked attitude.
The latest was a timed order, so there was no rush.
I sympathize reading can be hard for some, but don’t let their failure as a person ruin your Taco Bell craving.
And this is during the daytime.
Imagine the group of inept failures they have late night, screwing up your orders, laughing about it probably.
The last time I tried the one on Kenny Rd, it was a decent experience. Stupid people work at the Graceland location.
Don’t waste your time because that location is a lost cause, just like what seems like most Taco Bell locations in the area.
You can smell the apathy, and at this particular location, the B.O.
well.

Wouldn’t take my order, kept asking me about a Sherri movie on the intercom.
Pretty weird, still mad they wouldn’t take my order.
This happen some time ago but the night crew is on straight trash.
Other than that this place is fine.

I’ve been a few times and the food is okay.
But tonight I went out of my way because they were “open”.
I got there and they were closed.
Very inconvenient and a waste of time.
I own a small donut shop so I understand that difficulty of staffing, but I also understand how easy it is to change your hours for a night.
If you aren’t going to be open then tell people.
Obviously this place is mismanaged
