Wow.
Never stop here, EVER! Terrible service, employees were more concerned with their phones and hair along with smoke breaks than serve food.
Disgusting store, dirty.
Unacceptable bathrooms.
Actually went and used a tree, cleaner and felt safer!

Worst McDonald's in the area!!! Go to McDonald's on Henderson, way cleaner, better friendlier staff...
This location has not nice management.
No wonder they can't keep employees vs the other 2 closest locations.
The one at bethel and olentangy is better throughout the day not night, they're terrible at night as well.
But this location isn't friendly or fast, and these restrooms are the dirtiest.
You can tell no one like this location when you go the Henderson location that's less than a mile away, but worlds away in service.
I hope both heavyset female managers get replaced.
The heavyset Latino manager, and heavyset one working right now is the worst.
Talks to you not politely, but almost evil like.
No wonder the dining room is empty...

Walked out.
Wouldn’t come to counter to take my order.
Manager saw me there and ignored me for 5 minutes before I walked out.
Complaining about the drive thru line is backed up.
Guess that’s the priority.
Something needs done about this location.
