I understand at 4pm there may be a shift change but after standing at the pick up counter for about 3 minutes after every employee has met my eyes yet no one even says "someone will be right with you" as my burgers get cold on the shelf? On top of that they didn't read the bottom of the receipt so they had to make the fries after I got my bag.
Just should be better...

Always a good experience at 5 guys.
They food always feels fresh, hot and cooked perfectly.
Cajun seasoning on fresh cut fries takes it up 10 notches.

Stopped by this Five Guys for lunch.
Crew was energetic and friendly.
Burger was great! Burgers from other Five Guys places are often slimy and super greasy, falling off the bun).
Restaurant was clean, trash area was very clean.
Happy with today’s visit
