This Wendy’s used to have great service.
The last two times I’ve gone, after hundreds of times, it’s been the worst customer service I’ve had in my life. On this second occasions I used the Wendy’s app to redeem a coupon, however their system wasn’t picking it up.
I showed management that I redeemed the coupon, but they said they wouldn’t do anything because I needed to add it to the QR code.
I showed him multiple times that I did this, and he would do nothing.
They wouldn’t give me my recipt, and caused me issues at the window at which point the people behind me started yelling at me. I just wanted me food, and saving $4 makes a difference when you don’t have a lot of money.
I’ve never had management anywhere be so mean and not helpful at all. Makes me super sad, there used to be a lady there that managed the store and she was super awesome.
Now everyone is really mean the food is cold and you can’t even use their own app.
I’ll be going to another Wendy’s from now on.
Not worth being treated like that ever again.

Went here after a Church small group meeting at the local university.
The lobby host, Jessica, was very friendly and helpful, which made me and my friends' dining experience excellent.
The food was also quite good.
I will definitely be returning.

Went for a visit to Colorado State University and saw the local Wendy's restaurant 👍 The staff greeted us with a hello and thank you for stopping by.
Now the food was very good and fresh with the chicken being my favorite choice.
Now as expected not as busy as it would be if Classes were back and students were back on Campus.Great location Folks so if you need a burger or drink stop by and enjoy the items ✅
