Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Fort Collins has been my go-to for tacos! 🌮 The mini tacos are bursting with flavor, especially the carnitas and their cilantro-lime rice is a must-try!

On my recent visit, I was greeted by Emily, the friendliest bartender, whose warm smile made my day! The atmosphere is lively, though it can get a bit noisy when packed.

I did notice a bit of a service lag this time, but the food was still spot on. They're happy to accommodate any cilantro aversions too! Can't wait to return! 😊
