Super satisfying breakfast: ordered the perfect combo and got bacon & pancakes & subbed the potatoes for a garden side salad for an extra $2.
I recall being told there wouldn't be an upcharge but $2 felt fair anyways as it was a solid salad portion.
The pancakes were super fluffy and I got strawberries with it.
The 3 slices of bacon were perfectly crispy.
I don't usually go out for breakfast but I'd come back for this. I also got a chai latte with almond milk: I appreciated their non dairy options.
I think it could've benefited from more sweetener and spices other than cinnamon: it was heavy on the cinnamon making it bitter. Service was lovely and felt well paced.

Cafe Bluebird is an absolute gem in Fort Collins! This spot tops my list for the best breakfast experience in town.
The food is always spot-on, perfectly seasoned and freshness in every bite.
The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making each visit memorable.
The cozy atmosphere with soft jazz in the background adds to the overall charm.
What sets Cafe Bluebird apart is the consistent quality across their menu.
My partner and I make it a tradition to come here at least once a month because the service is unmatched.
Trust me, their breakfast potatoes alone are worth the visit!

Aloha; best breakfast, brunch spot in Fort Collins.
They do it with natural ingredients, healthy ingredients and with great care and love.
The decor here is super cute and staff is amazing.
Everything they serve is delicious so I can't really recommend anything.
Just got and enjoy.
