Butterfly Cafe is an absolute gem! 🌟 I popped in for lunch while exploring Fort Collins and was charmed by the cozy atmosphere. I ordered the Loaded Avocado Toast, which was a delightful twist on a classic, and the garden veggie sandwich with hummus instead of cheese - both were fresh and flavorful.

The coffee and smoothie options are extensive, and I couldn’t resist the mango smoothie, which was refreshing and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the outdoor patio is perfect for a sunny day. I’ll definitely visit again next time I'm in town! ☀️
