Been eating and ordering vitality bowls for years.
The cold bowls are quality, and delicious.
I specifically love the toppings and I order the dragon bowl often.
At least once a week.
Last few times I have had to call when I get back to my office because they are missing Goji berries (my fave) and today I got it and made sure they were on there.
There's 4.
4 tiny berries.
Now, this place is EXPENSIVE.
I'd like my toppings.
And I gave a few chances by calling and letting them know, kindly.
So now it's review time.
Also, the warm bowls leave something to be desired if that's your thing.
The chicken is very weird consistency so just a heads up.
The staff is almost never at the front when I walk in and always seemingly overwhelmed and understaffed.

Usually a favorite spot but this last time we ordered, we paid over $16 for a medium size and the bowl was barely half way full.
It was such a small amount of food that I was embarrassed how much I spent on it and honestly feel like businesses are taking advantage of their customers these days.
Won’t be coming back unfortunately.

FYI their granola is not GF.
A bummer to eat part of a bowl, realize this, and then dump half of a $20 meal out.
Granola is not an inherently gluten containing food nor is a superfood smoothie bowl.
The lady was kind when I asked and said they do offer a different granola option that is GF.
This was not on the menu and didn’t help with what I had already been served.
Should you choose to treat yourself to a bowl this could be helpful information here.
They can really do with updating their menu.
