The Buff Restaurant in Boulder is a delightful spot for breakfast. Their Baja Benny with crispy potatoes was a standout, perfectly cooked despite a little saltiness. The pancakes, shared among friends, were wonderfully fluffy and a fantastic finish!
We experienced speedy service, even with a busy Sunday crowd - a 45-minute wait felt minor given the warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Plus, the ample parking made it easy to pop in. Definitely planning to revisit! ☕️
