This has become my go-to spot! I'm thrilled that they've opened for dine-in.
The flavors are fantastic, and the service, especially from the friendly lady, adds to the wonderful experience.

I ordered the Tom Yum and Pad Thai with a Thai beer and let me tell you everything tasted authentic! I went all out and ordered the full scoop to give you an good review and I am so glad I did so.
I really enjoyed the Tom Yum soup because the broth was just right and so was the level of spice.
As for the Pad Thai, it was also great because it had the right amount of peanut sauce taste in it.
The beer was amazing and had a fresh light taste.
If you are in the NOVA area and looking for some authentic tasting Thai food, I would highly recommend stopping by here to give it a try.

The only positive thing about Thai Lemon Grass is their delicious spring rolls and the friendly waitress.
Unfortunately, my main dish, the Panang Curry, was bland, flavorless, and not spicy at all.
The portion size was disappointingly small for the price, and I had to pay extra for more rice and tofu.
I’ve had much better experiences at other Thai restaurants in the area and will stick to my go-to spots from now on.
