Fun spot for breakfast! Great service and cool historic vibe.
I can never order anything but the quiche of the day- so delicious! Great lattes too.
Everyone liked their food- the Boulderado Scramble and Benedict are great options to try!

We stopped in for Breakfast on a Sunday morning.
We easily got a seat and we were treated to a delicious breakfast.
I had the Boulderado Benedict and loved it.
Perfect blend of flavors and not too much sauce.
I’ll definitely be back soon.

Boulder.
We stayed at the hotel so this place made for a convenient breakfast.
I got the house smoked salmon with poached eggs & maybe because I confused it with Norwegian smoked salmon that I found it overcooked.
The poached eggs were perfect though along with the herbed goat cheese.
I also wish they had freshly squeezed orange juice.
Hubby though enjoyed his prime rib & poached eggs with Irish coffee.
