Rincon Argentino has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Boulder! 🌟 The empanadas are an absolute delight; I highly recommend trying the mushroom one, it was bursting with flavor! The crispy crust was just right, adding a nice crunch to every bite. I also loved the Quince tart, which was a perfect balance of sweet and tart.

The casual vibe and outdoor seating make it ideal for a laid-back lunch. While the tipping system felt a bit unusual, it didn’t detract from my enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to return for more flavors!
