We recently dined at Red Lobster in Knoxville, and while there were a few hiccups, it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall!

I ordered the coconut shrimp and scampi combo, which was delightful! 🦐 The cheddar biscuits were a highlight, perfectly buttery and flaky. My son enjoyed his hamburger as well.

However, the wait for our food was longer than expected, and a couple of dishes were lukewarm. The service, especially from Kimmi, was outstanding; she made us feel special and valued.

I left satisfied and look forward to returning for more delicious seafood. 😊
