An extremely rude person took our order. When we got to the window, we were told to pull up and wait on the curly fries.Nearly 15 minutes later, they were brought to us and practically slung at us. Upon arriving back home, we could tell that these roast beef sandwiches were very thin and after the wait on the fries, were naturally going to be cold. Not only were they pathetically thin and cold...THE BUN IS BURNT!!! See pictures below of what this establishment calls food. Arby's does have the meat...and they're keeping it, because they damn sure ain't putting it on your sandwich!!! Do not go here if you're hungry, because you're still going to be hungry with the linger of burnt bread in your mouth. Don't just skip this place, SPEED PAST IT!!!

Went there for lunch with my wife and seen what appeared to be two roaches on the floor. One dead and one still alive.Told the manager and nothing was done.Food was cold when we received it.Contacted Arby’s on Facebook and got a call from the manager at this location after contacting on Facebook. All the manager could say is I’m sorry.Something needs to be done more than just an apology
I used 2 work 4 Arby's back N the 1990's when all Knoxville, Tn area stores were owned & run as a franchise by the late Thomas G Johnson, Jr.After the old man passed away N 2014, his sons Tom 3 & John sold all of the Knoxville area locations 2 the Arby's national corporation N 2016 when they retired.Arby's now runs all Knoxville locations as company owned stores. This basically means that they now accept most company issued coupons unlike the old days when the Johnson's only accepted their own issued coupons through their Kidney Foundation Coupon Book Fundraiser. With the ownership change, several items that were local favorites, like baked potatoes were removed from the menu. The Johnson's version of the Arby's sauce is no longer sourced from the James River Corporation, but you can still order it directly from James River Foods website by the case. The Arby's sauce is now sourced from the Arby's corporation"s recepie. They no longer give out tickets 2 UT home Football games.
