Five Cousins Pollo A La Brasa is a delightful gem in Knoxville! 🌟 The Peruvian rotisserie chicken is an absolute must-try - tender and bursting with flavor.

We also indulged in the sampler platter, which featured amazing plantains (the best I’ve ever had!) and some tasty empanadas. The homemade juices are refreshing; I highly recommend the tamarind juice!

The atmosphere is casual, making it a great spot for solo dining or groups. Plus, the service is quick and friendly - I can’t wait to visit again! 😊
