I hate writing bad reviews, and I almost always have a good visit here, but tonight was not one of those nights.
My family and I came for dinner tonight, and were seated immediately, which was great! Unfortunately it went downhill after that.
Our server was very nice, but seemed to be struggling a bit.
We had to ask for refills for our drinks after being empty for a while, and I didn’t receive my salad I had ordered until I reminded him after our food arrived.
I understand things happen and it’s not usually the waiters fault! Our food arrived, and my steak was severely undercooked to the point it was purple.
My dad and I both received the wrong sides with our food as well.
All of that was not a big deal at all, and our waiter quickly fixed the mistakes.
Our check was ready on the device that sits on the tables, but had to be fixed 5 different times before we finally asked for a paper receipt, which was still wrong.
Ready to leave, my dad paid the bill, which was $12 more than it was supposed to be.
I then needed a to-go box because I wanted to take the rest of my food that we had already overpaid for, and our waiter was preoccupied with other tables, so I asked another waitress for one.
I understand bad nights happen, but this was over the top and we should not have had to overpay for our food.
I just wanted to share my experience in hopes of something that could be done because we love eating here and are very frequent customers.

Talk about excellent food and amazing service! Enjoyed a good date night at the bar area where the server was very polite and friendly.
The drinks were perfect and the food was delicious! Definitely gonna have to return again cause of the service and experience!
