October 08, 2024Poldo e Gianna Osteria offers a delightful Roman dining experience nestled in a charming alley. I was fortunate enough to snag a table by the window, where the sunlight danced on the cozy interior. The carbonara was a revelation, with perfectly al dente pasta enveloped in a creamy sauce. I also loved the burrata ravioli drizzled with brown butter - divine!
Service was attentive but not overbearing, making it a relaxed evening. Just a small note: the lighting downstairs could use a touch of warmth... Looking forward to my next visit! 🌟
