This is one of very few reservations I made for our trip to Italy, it was one of our first meals so we were unsure if /all/ the food in Italy would be THAT good or if this restaurant was especially great.
Now that we’re wrapping up two weeks, I can confidently say the bolognese we had here was the best pasta any of my group had our entire trip.

Inside Kolbe Hotel you can find a romantic outdoor restaurant nestled in a garden.
The hospitality and service was outstanding.
We had a bottle of Brunnelo with classic pasta dishes in fettuccine and carbonara.
Both were fantastic.
We had the grilled steak fillet with gargonzola sauce with so much flavor.
Would recommend this spot for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful dinner away from all the craziness in the streets of Rome!

In the shadow of the Palatine Hill, its inner garden is something to experience first hand, you enter an island of peace despite being in the very center of Rome, The garden with its citrus fruit tree scents, raises your olfactory sense and makes you feel at peace with the whole world.
The interior of the restaurant is elegant and well cared for down to the last detail.
The staff is highly qualified and knows how to welcome their guests with elegance, making them feel the center of attention.
The dishes were tastefully decorated with genuine flavors and balanced portions.
Prices are moderate if we consider the particular environment and the high level of service
