The only good part of the meal was the free watermelon and drink at the end. One of the sandwiches had what looked like cotton fuzz sticking out of the melted cheese. The risotto had no flavor whatsoever. Also beware if you sit outside, the overhead grape vines are beautiful, but two of our party got bird droppings on them.

Pasta was bland.
Bread was rock solid.
Aperol spritz was standard. I would have left a more generous review despite the food not being very good and a very slow service, including him forgetting I had ordered a drink and not bringing it until halfway through my food.
I would have left a tip too, had I not been overcharged. I took pictures of the menu and calculated that my dish and drink along with the stated cover charge of 1.50 would come to 18.50. When I asked for the bill he did not print anything from the till but instead wrote on the napkin on my table (?) 24 euro. He then got very agitated and rude with me when I expressed confusion. I know it’s only 6 euro but it is taking advantage.
I’m a solo female traveller and very shy and he took advantage of me. Plus, the owner of the restaurant put his ashtray on my table and was using it whilst I ate. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially women on their own.

it's a really good place, very friendly staff very good place, really recommend it for anyone visiting the Pantheon.
we ordered two carbonara and a bolognese, both at about 12-13 euros we waited about 10 minutes more or less but it was really worth the wait because the pasta was great and it was a really big plate too.
they gave us bread and Parmesan at the start along with a bottle of water and ice in a separate dish.
at the table there was also already salt, pepper, olive oil and i think vinegar, the menu was kinda meh but big and everything in Italian and english.
the pasta was also cooked al dente and not overcooked which i also really like.(also as I'm writing this we were about to ask for the check and we got watermelon on the house, which could've been because they saw me writing or just to be nice but idk, still really good though)
