Saltimbocca Ristorante was a delightful surprise on our trip! We stumbled upon it without a reservation but were seated promptly outside. I opted for the oxtail, and my partner tried the fried calamari - both were fantastic. The variety on the menu kept our interest alive, and we finished with the most exquisite craft cocktails. The freshly infused spirits and thoughtful garnishes were a highlight! Plus, the complimentary cherry wine shot was a sweet touch. A must-visit if you're in Rome! 🍷
