Ciampini Bistrot offers a cozy spot in the heart of Rome, perfect for a casual meal. I indulged in their lasagna cacio e pepe, a delightful twist on a classic that really impressed. The pizza was equally good, with a perfect crispy crust.

The service was friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant dining experience. Although the outdoor seating could use more shade options, the atmosphere was inviting. Just be mindful that there’s a charge for water and bread, which caught us off guard. I’d return for sure! 🍕
