Pho 99 is a true gem in Knoxville for Vietnamese cuisine! 🌟 I’ve been coming here regularly with my partner, and we always leave satisfied. My go-to is the large bowl of pho, which is generous in both noodles and tender brisket, although I’ve had some moments with the broth being a bit too oily.

The highlight is definitely Sandra, our lovely waitress who remembers our orders and always welcomes us with a hug. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the condiments like sriracha make every bite delightful.

Some reviews seem harsh, but I believe a kind attitude goes a long way. Don’t skip Pho 99 - it’s a delicious experience waiting for you!
