The Golden Arches lost their luster at this particular McDonald's location, where cleanliness was clearly an afterthought and the staff's enthusiasm was on par with a defrosted McRib patty.Upon entry, a miniature Dust Bowl of crumbs and wrappers tumbleweed-ed across the floors, foreshadowing the disappointment yet to come at the beverage station - a barren tundra devoid of that precious frozen commodity: ice.The ketchup dispenser, too, mocked patrons with its hollow emptiness, leaving fries tragically naked and unloved.As for the crew, their dour expressions seemed to scream "I'd literally rather be stuck in the McHell of manning the fry station for eternity than crack a smile for one more hangry customer." In the end, this McDonald's failed to deliver on the brand's "I'm Lovin' It" promise, unless that meant loving a subpar fast-food experience from a dilapidated outpost of the once-proud Mickey D's empire.
The drive thru area: *I waited in the order drive up area for about 8 minutes before a person took my order. *The person who took my payment was very courteous and quick. *I was asked to pull up and wait for my order. *I did that and waited for a good 10 minutes.I counted 8 vehicles that got their orders and pulled away. *I finally got my order.There was no," sorry for your wait, have a good day".There was nothing.I said Thank you, still no response. *I pulled away and went straight home.Did not know the order was incorrect until I pulled it out at home.😡 *My order was supposed to be a double quarter pounder, small hamburger, (2) small fries and a small frozen coke. *We received a double cheeseburger, instead of the double quarter pounder.The rest of the order was there. * We were not happy, but ate what was there. *Very disappointed with this location, they are usually really good with everything.
I ordered my food through the app however I selected Table Service and entered my number.Apparently they put my order in the mobile to go station, and I only found this out after waiting 10 minutes and going to the front counter.Needless to see the worker I spoke to made it seem like it was my fault and didn't care at all and never apologized.
