Penn Station East Coast Subs is a solid spot for a quick bite in Knoxville! 🥪 I stopped by for lunch and was delighted by the Grilled Veggie Sub and their massive serving of fries - definitely enough to share (or not!).

The atmosphere is casual, but it did feel a bit cluttered inside. Service was a bit mixed, with a wait time longer than expected, but the staff was friendly.

Great for a satisfying, laid-back meal. Looking forward to my next visit to try the Reuben! Will they have my order right next time...? 🌟
